Conditions of Sale
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the staircase is suitable for his/her requirements in every respect. The supplier cannot be held responsible if the staircase cannot be used for the buyer’s particular circumstance. We strongly recommend that you contact your local building inspector prior to order.
Whilst every care is taken in production of cast components, we cannot be held responsible for failure of any part if the staircase has not been installed correctly. It is the customers responsibility to ensure correct installation has taken place and also that the well around the top of the spiral is protected by a landing balustrade or similar.
Claims for loss or damaged goods in transit must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods: otherwise replacements will have to be paid for by the customer.
All goods remain the property of Cottage Craft Spirals until payment has been made in full.
